Making money with associated content. I thought it was easy!

AC or associated content is one of those article sites that you can use to make money online, writing articles. They can pay you upfront for your articles or they pay per 1000 page views.  Well the other day, I sat down and figured that if I wanted to make 100 USD this week, I can use Ac to do that. If they pay 2.00USd per article, then I need to write ten articles a day for five days and I am good, so I assumed.

Well I went to work. The first day, my oh my, I could not write beyond five articles. too much. I submitted those to AC. The second day, I wrote ten articles, same to the third day. That meant I had twenty five articles and I was expecting fifty dollars. Cool.

Results.

The first four articles accepted and I am paid somewhere between 2.14USD and 2.67USD per article. Then fifth article  is rejected. The sixth article accepted again 2.67USD from AC.  I am getting excited and plotting many more articles.

Lo and behold my plot was thwarted when the third day, I get the mother of all emails. Ten of my articles  are rejected, they are not so unique, so they say. They do not qualify for upfront payment. I was devastated to say the least. Those articles were like 400 words long and beyond.  I tried my best to do some research and wrote with all my might and hope for money.  Sigh sigh… I still have five more articles waiting approval. My face is gloomy, my hands are heavy and my hope is low.

To write and make money with associated content, you must take time to get something so unique out of this world to get it accepted and be paid two dollars. Yes 2.00USD. It is that desperate.
